Permit Applications & Forms

All new permit submittals will only be accepted electronically through ProjectDox. Application for a permit is accepted from only qualified applicants in accordance with the State of Florida by authority of Chapter 489 Part One of the Florida Statutes, or certificates of competency specifically approved by the Broward County Central Examination Board.

Please Note:  The Broward County Uniform Application has changed. The new form, which is now a two (2) page form, is required for all submittals.  We can no longer accept the previous version. Please be sure to fill in the address at the top of the second page, as this is a mandatory field and required for submittal.

NEW CODE: The 8th Edition (2023) Florida Building Code goes into effect December 31, 2023. Therefore, effective January 1, 2024, all applications and documentation submitted for a permit must reflect this new code.
