Margate Baseball and Softball

General Information

The City of Margate Youth Baseball and Softball League is an annual  developmental, recreational program open to residents, and non-residents ages 3 to 15 years-old (must be three on or before May 1). Volunteer Coaches will work with your child to improve individual skills in running, throwing, hitting and team play. Participants will develop friendships, character, respect, and life lessons beyond the game all while achieving their desired baseball and softball goals.

ALL participants must attend a one-day mandatory skills evaluation. Evaluation day should take about 45 minutes where we put the kids through different skills stations. This process will enable us to bring balance to the teams.

Over the course of the season, participants will play  regular season games, and conclude with a single-elimination playoff tournament.
