The City of Margate is launching an electronic permit and plan review service! Starting on Monday, May 10, you can request a City permit or plan review approval from the convenience of your home or office. Introducing the ProjectDox by Avolve Software. You can submit your permit applications online from anywhere at any time. We’re replacing the paper-based process with a faster, more efficient electronic-based solution.
First, you will need to create an account by visiting: http://margate-fl-us.avolvecloud.com/Portal/
Once you have created an account, you will be able to apply for permits and submit drawings online.
Effective Monday, May 17, all new permit submittals will only be accepted electronically through ProjectDox.
