Online Public Records Requests Form

The City of Margate is improving transparency by making government records easily accessible to the public. Requestors of public information will now have the option of submitting Open Records Requests through an online form. While other methods for submitting requests are still available, the City of Margate is excited to be able to offer a more convenient option.

“The City of Margate chose JustFOIA to help streamline the open records request process for their citizens and improve efficiencies within,” said City Clerk Joseph Kavanagh. “By implementing this solution, the City of Margate now has a smarter Public Records process that allows our organization to be more efficient and more transparent. Every year, the City Clerk’s Office processes more than 800 public records requests, and this new process will substantially save staff time and allow our requestors to easily obtain government records.”
